Jimmy Eat World Release New Album, Skylar Grey Premieres New Video And Other Music News!

  • DamageJimmy Eat World  have released their newest album, Damage (RCA). Damage is the band’s seventh studio album, the follow-up to their 2010 album Invented. The Damage US tour has just been extended, with an additional leg for September and October. Presales start Wednesday, 6/12, and public on-sales begin Friday, 6/14.  The band will perform the first single from Damage, “I Will Steal You Back,” on ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! tonight; tune in at 11:35/10:35 central.

 

 

 

  • Aaron-Carter1After performing 73 shows and counting, Aaron Carter brings “The After Party” tour across the nation. “The After Party” is a reference to his well known record Aaron’s Party (Come Get It) released in 2000. On the tour Aaron has been performing his girl-screaming induced songs that made his fans fall for him years ago. He has sold out many dates this summer and will continue to tour through the fall with anticipation of his new EP release out this August. Carter missed being in front of his fans stating, “I’m so excited to be back on the road again. It’s truly the only place I can call home. My fans have been extremely supportive throughout the years and I can’t wait to see them all. ”

 

 

 

  •  Terraplane Sun have released a video for the song “Get Me Golden” which is on the band’s forthcoming EP Ya Never Know, to be released on July 16th via Trauma 2 Records. The video can be seen below! “Get Me Golden”, the lead single, is available on iTunes now. The band will be touring throughout the summer in support of the new EP.

 

  • The music video for Skylar Grey’s latest track, “Wear Me Out,” is out today. “I am going back to my roots as a piano-driven singer-songwriter with this song,” said Grey. “The song and the video were both inspired by events in my childhood, like sneaking out of the house to camp with my friends and flirt with boys.” Grey’s debut album, Don’t Look Down, executive produced by Eminem and Alex Da Kid, will be released on July 9. Fans can get special access to pre-order the album paired with an autographed YUMS New Era Snapback as seen in the “Wear Me Out” video worn by Skylar – click here for details!
