(PCM) Working in music media you can be certain that news and information about hundreds of artists and bands flood our inbox each and every week, but every so often there is one that just happens to truly stand-out and we have now found ourselves infatuated with Faulkner.
The band has just released the audio for their new single “These Kids Nowadays” and it has already surpassed 300,000 views on YouTube. It is quickly catching up with the video for the band’s previous song “Revolutionary” which has racked up over 2 million views and counting. The band will be releasing their upcoming EP “Revanchist” on 3/11 and also revealed plans for a nationwide tour.
The upcoming EP is produced by RZA, Mark Needham & JP Bowersock at Rick Rubin’s Shangri La Studios in Malibu. RZA says he was “instantly impressed:” “They gave me a demo of the song, and it sounded very interesting. So I said, ‘OK, let me come on in and see what kind of energy we have.’ And it turned out to be a great energy.”
